Dr. Lyle Herman is a licensed clinical psychologist (Psy.D.) practicing in Honolulu, Hawaii. With over two decades of experience, he specializes in providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples, focusing on a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, and relationship challenges. His practice is informed by his multicultural background and experience living in various countries, including Japan, China, Taiwan, and the Philippines.

Dr. Herman offers a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). He is fluent in English and conversational in Chinese, Japanese, and Cebuano, which allows him to serve a diverse clientele.

His office is located in Honolulu, and he provides both in-person and telehealth sessions.
